Low scores can also be caused by hardware issues, which Primate Labs does not diagnose. To get a better idea of how to interpret Geekbench scores, check out the other items in the Knowledge Base. Each major version of Geekbench 5 includes significant changes and upgrades, and may change the baseline for comparison, so comparing scores between them will not be accurate. This is also true for Geekbench 4, Geekbench 3, and Geekbench 2. Note that Geekbench 5 scores are only comparable with Geekbench 5 scores.

Pressing "Remove Baseline" on the right-hand side of the page will allow you to set a different baseline to make other comparisons. Use the search bar to find a model that you would like to compare it to, then simply click on the device to view a side-by-side comparison of their scores. On the benchmark result page, set a result as the baseline for comparison by pressing "Set Baseline" on the right-hand side of the page. Geekbench scores can be compared against others via the Geekbench Browser.

Please fill out the Retrieve License form and we will send you your license key immediately. If you are using the correct key and software, send us a screenshot of your Geekbench window with the error message along with the email address that your Geekbench account is registered with and we will get to work immediately.
